Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing is an NAR certificate course that helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations and engage in interactive exercises to enhance communication skills and business relationships with clients of all backgrounds.

Sabrina has become one of the area’s most trusted real estate professionals. She offers numerous training sessions and workshops that teach other industry leaders of the importance of diversity and fair housing in the real estate industry. She is a certified trainer for National Associations At Home With Diversity (AHWD) course and the implicit bias course Bias Override.
Sabrina’s winning attitude and drive to help others have been catalysts for her career success, which include several esteemed accomplishments such as receiving the Nation Association of REALTORS Champion of Fair Housing Award, founding local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, the oldest minority professional trade association in America. She is serving as the President for the Women’s Council of Realtors California, Director at Large and Executive Committee member within the California Association of Realtors. She is also the Co-Chair for the Broker Engagement Council at the National Association of REALTORS.
